CCM Advisors, as advisor to the AHA Investment Funds, delegates the responsibility for voting proxies to the funds' sub-advisors. The votes of the sub-advisors are done according to each sub-advisors' own proxy voting policy. These policies must conform to the overall guidelines of the CNI Charter Funds.
